Platforms We Operate

The Legal Examiner (TLE)

Alt21.dev powers The Legal Examiner, a national publishing network where attorneys and legal professionals build trust, identity, and community through transparent, independent publishing.

The Legal Examiner (TLE) isn’t a directory or a marketing brochure—it’s a credential. Every contributor has a verified profile and publishes under their own name or firm banner. Together, they form an open network of professionals writing honestly about how the law shapes people’s lives.

Individual Contributors

Each contributor on the main TLE platform maintains a verified profile and publishing privileges under their own name.

  • Profile + publishing outlet: Contributors publish directly on TLE, with personal bios, affiliations, and links.
  • Byline authority: Every post carries the contributor’s name, strengthening credibility over time.
  • Digital identity foundation: Each profile ties into the broader Open Legal Publishing Network (OLPN), creating a portable, verifiable identity within the legal web.

Why professionals contribute

  • Build reputation and credibility through authentic, first-person writing.
  • Educate and inform readers about real legal issues and public rights.
  • Connect with a community of attorneys and advocates committed to clarity and accountability.
  • Extend reach: publishing on TLE distributes your work alongside other verified voices nationwide.

Firm Newsletters

TLE also hosts full-featured Ghost environments for firms who want their own publication—complete with newsletters, profiles, and branded design—while still participating in the larger TLE ecosystem.

Each firm’s Ghost site lives at its own TLE subdomain (for example: atlanta.legalexaminer.com) and offers:

  • Modern Ghost tools for newsletters, memberships, analytics, and content management.
  • Individual author profiles for every member of the firm, with their posts distributed through the firm publication and to the main TLE feed.
  • Branded autonomy: the publication belongs to the firm, but benefits from network-wide visibility and distribution.

It’s a model where independence and collaboration reinforce each other—firms retain ownership and branding, while TLE provides reach and authority.

Commitment to Transparency

TLE is built on clear standards of authorship and accountability.

  • No hidden edits: Articles appear as contributors intended—without behind-the-scenes alteration or anonymous rewriting.
  • Authentic voices: Every piece reflects the verified perspective of its author, written to inform rather than promote.
  • Reader protection: Promotional, misleading, or unethical content is removed to preserve trust and clarity.

Authenticity and traceability are part of TLE’s foundation, not an afterthought.
